We are a 5th generation oyster farming family business. We do it all from catching wild spat in the Pristine waters of Hastings River to growing and nurturing them up in these waters as well as on the Central Coast of NSW. This way, we are able to provide you with fresh, fat oysters all year round. Our Sydney Rock Oysters are unique to Australia and they are indigenous to the East Coast of Australia.
We are at De Bortoli Wines in the Hunter Valley every Saturday with our own freshly shucked oysters and prawns sourced straight off the trawler from Port Macquarie, Brisbane Waters or Queensland. We have dine in and take away options available. Follow us on our social media platform for all updates.
We are available for your next function with our oyster bar service that comes to you. Our farmer, Steve is available to shuck oysters on site for your guests or we can work with you to provide the freshest of locally sourced seafood for your special occasion .
